Leadership Circle Profile™ (LCP) for Professionals and Teams

For professionals who want clear data alongside coaching, and a deeper, outside-in view of how they lead and what is getting in the way, I offer the Leadership Circle Profile (LCP), a powerful 360° assessment used widely by senior leaders and teams to understand how their inner operating system is shaping their outer impact.

Unlike most 360s, the LCP shows everything as a single integrated picture on a circle. The top half maps your creative competencies, how you lead at your best: how you relate to and develop others, how authentically you show up, your self-awareness, your sense of vision and systems, and how you achieve results. The bottom half surfaces your reactive tendencies, the protective patterns we all lean on under pressure, clustering around controlling, complying (over-accommodating, going quiet), and self-protecting (distancing, criticism). It is powerful, honest, and rarely comfortable.

You choose who completes it: current and former bosses, peers, and the people who report to you. Their feedback is anonymous but grouped by relationship, so you can see the gap between how you experience yourself and how others experience you, role by role. We then read the profile together, not as a scorecard but as a map of where to put your attention, and use it as the loose framework for the coaching that follows.

Three ways to work together

• The Grounded Leader: £1,900 / €2,250 Pure 1:1 coaching, without the assessment. Eight sessions over 3 to 4 months, plus a 90-minute Deep Dive session to kick us off. Light support between sessions by email or Signal. For leaders who are done understanding themselves and ready to move into action (presence, gravitas, holding their ground) without the 360. The LCP can always be added later if you want the data.
  
  

• LCP + 3 Session Debrief: £1,500 / €1,750 The Leadership Circle Profile assessment, followed by three coaching sessions to fully unpack what it reveals and what you want to do with it. A focused, contained leadership development experience.
  
  

• The Aligned Leader Package: £2,750 / €3,200 The LCP assessment, with 8 sessions of 1:1 coaching over 3 to 4 months, plus a 90-minute Deep Dive session to kick off. Light support between sessions by email or Signal. For leaders ready to do the deeper, longer work that the LCP only opens the door to.

  
  

  Continuing the work

  Most leaders choose to keep going once the initial work is done. The patterns we begin to shift rarely resolve in a neat handful of sessions, and as you start to lead differently, new and often deeper things surface. There are two simple ways to carry on:

  • A follow-on package of eight 60-minute sessions, £1,600 / €1,900. The same depth, now turned toward whatever is most alive in your leadership next.

  • Single sessions as needed, £200 / €235 each. Bookable whenever you want a focused conversation, a reset before something big, or steady support through a particular stretch.
